Burnout
Burnout is in the WHO's International Classification of Diseases, and it is not a disease. ICD-11 defines it as a syndrome conceptualized as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed, and files it as an occupational phenomenon. Three dimensions define it: exhaustion, mental distance or cynicism toward your job, and reduced professional efficacy. Which means a recovery plan aimed only at your habits is aimed at the wrong address.
