Drinking less

No hangover cure has convincing evidence behind it. A 2022 systematic review found 21 placebo-controlled trials, no two of which tested the same remedy, and rated every result very low certainty. A 2005 BMJ review put the conclusion plainly: the most effective way to avoid hangover symptoms is to drink less, or not at all.
