That talking therapy works is the settled part: international guidelines place psychological treatment ahead of medication for common anxiety conditions. What differs by country is everything logistical, who provides it (credentials), who pays (funding), and what stands at the door (the route in). America runs access through insurance, the UK removed the doctor from the doorway, Japan screens minds at the workplace, and Korea started paying for sessions before unifying the license.
